I first came to the mat in 2009 for yoga's physical benefits. I return to the mat because of yoga's capacity for bringing me back to stillness, no matter what chaos the world is throwing my way. As part of a career in medical device design & global public health, I find myself in perpetual motion -- in 2016,  I didn't spent more than 14 consecutive nights anywhere in the world all year. And while that kind of movement is incredibly rewarding in its own right, it is only clear what we can gain from it when we pause to take stock of where we are. With yahaan raho yoga, I aim to help you create stillness through motion.

I've taught yoga formally since 2015. I am a registered RYT-200 with Yoga Alliance USA. I also have more than 5 years of experience teaching gymnastics, stretch, and tumbling.
